"La fête" in the GOP Variety Theatre Munich

From 06.09 to 28.10.2012 celebrates the GOP Variety Theatre an intimate celebration beyond compare, because the vaudeville spectacle "La fête" ("Celebration") is finally coming to Munich. "La fête" is a merry-light interaction of acrobatics, music, dance and language, the combination of old and new as well as the diverse sounds of the different cultures of France. The ensemble consists of eight French and French-Canadian artists who impress with their skills but equally convincing as a charismatic multi-talented. Each of the experienced artist was specially selected for the particular and very special characters.
Vaudeville as a Gesamtkunstwerk, in which the forms of artistic expression acrobatics, music, dance, comedy and pantomime entertaining blend together is the failed concept of "La fête!" In the staging of the show, let the creative team of GOP Entertainment Group, inspired with the two directors of the show, Detlef Winterberg and Serge Huercio, of the dramatic form of Nouveau Cirque. This particular variétistische entertainment form has its origins in France and enjoys there a respected place alongside lines such as theater, opera and operetta. The distinctive feature of the Nouveau Cirque is not the classic line up of the individual artistic variable numbers, but thematically structured dramaturgy. The artistic high power is present and respectful in the foreground, but merges with the captivating synthesis of artistry and theater with the overall scene of the show. Each number has its own dynamics, and develops a unique presentation.
