Festivalera Guide International (Europe) for summer 2012


Some prefer to leave the country with the arrival of summer. There is no better excuse than heat to migrate to distant lands or cooler and enjoy a good festival. Then the international proposals (and nearby) in the 2012 festivals are concerned.
Reading Festival:
A classic English soil. In late August, particularly between 24 and 26, were held for 23 years Reading Festival. The city that shares its name is located half way between London and Oxford, and every year many avid attendees of the best pop and rock. Its 2012 edition with names like The Cure, Kasabian, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, The Vaccines, Eagles of Death Metal, Justice, Mastodon, Azelaia Banks, Everytime I die Turbonegro or others. Sziget Festival:
Recently known as the 'Woodstock of the Danube', the Sziget Festival takes place in Budapest between 6 and 13 August. 7 days of music and cultural offerings in the heart of Europe. The Killers, Snoop Dog, Dimmu Borgir, LMFAO, The XX, The Ting Tings and Steve Aoki are examples of the variety of the festival.

Pukkelpop:
On 18 August 16,17 and awakens one of the most important festivals in Belgium, Pukkelpop. Since 1985, this festival boasts being green, meet the musical trends of the year for her faithful attendance. The Stone Roses, Bjork, Foo Fighters are the Kiewit Hasselt heads this summer. Optimus Alive
You still have time to take the knapsack and cross the border to Portugal. The Optimus Alive in Lisbon awaits you between 13 and 15 July with a sign that leads to Radiohead and The Stone Roses to the head. Wacken Open Air:

 
If this year you decided that you want heavy you can not attend the legendary Wacken Open Air, Wacken (Germany). Such is the magnitude of event tickets often exhausting year if year too. Held between 2 and 4 August, this year with bands like Amon Amarth, Cradle of Filth, Darkest Tour, Dimmu Borgir, Electric Wizard, Machine Head or Insomnium among their ranks. Way Out West:
The Nordic countries take the heavy artillery in the summer and Gothenburg (Sweden) would not be so. Between 9 and 11 August there awaits the Way Out West Festival, one of the great festivals of the city where it meets the best international pop. The Black Keys, Refused, Bon Iver, Wilco, The Sea Dog, Hot Chip, Afghan Wings and Mark Lanegan Band are some of the guests onto the stage of the Swedish festival.
